Artist & Art Educator

I am an artist and educator living in the Champaign-Urbana area. I am a fifth year Art Education student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from the greater Peoria area. I’m particularly interested in fiber arts, printmaking, and image-based works. Inspired by my cat, Dallas, local flora, and cartoons from my childhood, I am focused on creating bold, colorful works that reflect my identity, personality, and my love of nature. I use my coursework to hone my artistic and professional skills to continue developing my artist-educator identity.
